Good Fit Conversation. Before forming an attorney-client relationship, we talk to make sure we are a good fit for each other.
Up to 1/2 hour free. Do not expect legal advice during this conversation.
Scope of Representation Agreement. You agree on the work to be done for you in writing.
Fixed Fee. Instead of a traditional, bill-by-the-hour retainer, you pay a fixed fee.
This reduces the financial guess work and worry for you. Note: Not available for all matters. Credit/debit cards, checks accepted.
Tell Your Story. You talk. Scott will listen and ask questions.
Legal Work and Collaboration. Scott does the legal work with you in the loop.
Conclusion. The legal work formally ends.
